Those are early model F-22s and older F-15s. Congress probably won’t allow them to retire that many anyways. And I expect NGAD to be in production in 5-7 years.

The US Navy and Marines Corp have an additional 700+ fighters between F-18s and F-35B/Cs.

Navy has ~600 (F-35s/SuperHornets) and the Marines ~350 (F-35/Harriers/Hornets).
