Sorry I guess what i said is wrong.

Coz there are many new members(Pakistani) opening threads and posting there.

Or may be it has been restricted for Indians.

He/she is a senior member now.

So I think it is restricted for Indians who still are fresh/full members.

Maybe a Mod can clarify it.

I guess the posts by junior members were made when the threads were in a separate section. Once they are moved to the 'Kashmir War' section, they can't post again.

Or at least I think that's what's happening

We can't impose restrictions by 'flags' - the easiest way around that would be to simply change your flags.

Yes, posting in Kashmir War forum was to be restricted to senior members and above to avoid trolling. Webmaster can clarify if that was indeed implemented. If it was, then the threads being referred to were likely moved there from another section, or created before the restrictions went into affect.
