The bottom left corner of the HUD displays CCRP (Continuously Computed Release Point) as bomb relasse mode, the aircraft who took this HUD snapshot was in Air to Ground mode.

But seriously now,the photo is probably from some NATO exercise. I think there have been exercises of F-22s vs Rafale and maybe F-15s as well.
