Indian's geography, physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, engineering etc etc etc, in fact everthing, is subservient to their hate for Pakistan.

Very true, and it applies to all of them, the 1.5 Billion of this useless mass calling themselves Indians.

Cobra doesn't have a gun, and cobra can't give a confession. The bounty is for those who provide information, not for those who kill terrorists. There are too many ways to distinguish the authenticity of terrorists, which is not a problem. And the main purpose of the reward is to destroy the trust between them and the local people.
Moreover, the main purpose of the four nation agreement is not to fight terrorism, but to build trust among these countries. Integrate the economy of the whole region, and then carry out resource allocation and industrial division.
China will face the problem of aging in the future. We can't bet all our chips on robots and automation. We need the young population of the surrounding countries.

hey man, I know someone reported it, but I'm not trying to disparage all Pakistanis. this is simply my observation. I have talked to several people who are in Pakistan, and a good chunk of them are on the side of the red mosque and are frustrated with the Army/Establishment and the only avenue for them to vent their frustration is through acts of violence.

So I just want to make it clear. No, I don't believe simply being Pakistani automatically makes you a terrorist.

China wants a route to Iran, Understandable. But recognizing the Taliban is a geopolitical 3rd rail most nations do not want to touch, let alone give them loans or aid. Afghanistan is a rentier state and the Talibs might be good guerrilla fighters, but incompetent rulers and will cause more instability, so at least there will be another civil war and maybe after that in more than 5-7 years it might get back on its feet. But until then, China is at an impasse in Afghan.

TL;DR: China will have to fund Afghanistan if they want a route to Iran.

Such a project is years, if not decades, away.

In the interim, Afghanistan needs all the funds it can get its hands on just to survive a famine. All countries should release funds owned by Afghanistan so they can, at least, buy necessities.

why? funding Afghan is pretty much funding the Taliban at this point. There is no way in hell an American politician releases those funds.

this is just to tell US to cough out the Afghan funds. If US doesn't and Afghanistan economy sinks, China might have to cough out some money or loose the geopolitical benefits she has got so far.
