What's new

The Taliban now control all major Afghan cities except Kabul, as the group takes Jalalabad city without resistance

The Bonn framework government is finished. ANA will no longer fight for it.

The will most certainly surrender except maybe few naive will attempt to fight inside Kabul but the bulk 90%+ will surrender there is nothing to fight for it is basically finished.. I wouldn't be surprised if negotiations are under way as we speak

That's where TTP is based on, flush them and cleanse the area..

In addition to Mazar-e-Sharif, the Taliban have captured provincial capitals of Nangarhar، Faryab, and Daikundi without any significant resistance. No reports from Panjshir and Bamyan!

Only thing remaining now is minor provinces such as Panjshir and Bamyan this two will likely join Taliban with struggle plus Kabul and Kapisa

What about Khost? Has that province surrendered or is it still holding out?

p.s. should a deal materialize and peace comes to Afghanistan, all this military equipment and infrastructure given to them over the last 20 years will at least give the Afghans a foundation to build back their country and be able to defend themselves should any neighbor try anything. Not enough to attack any neighbor but enough to put up resistance.

hopefully will lead to the conditions were refugees outside the country will be able to go home. Hopefully Talibs gift land to refugees so they can come home from predominately Pakistan and Iran.

No Khost has not fallen yet but it could fall very soon. There only remains Kabul and 3 small other provinces like Khost, Bamyan and Kapisa.. Taliban has 30 provinces now

We don't have to do anything with Ashraf Ghani's puppet Anti Pakistani regime. The quicker it falls, oh I mean to say the quicker its exported back to the countries it came from, the better it is for us.

We should concentrate on vast spoils of war which are definitely not useful for Talibans but looks extremely juicy and chubby to me.

Yes I am specifically talking about the Indian gift of Mi-35 helos now in Taliban custody. If we just purchase them from Talibans on highly discounted "Barha" price from them, they would serve well in our fleet of existing may be 4,5 Mi-35s. I would love to see them being operated by PA. Modi Sarkar subsidizing MI-35 gunships for Pakistan so sweet :pakistan::yay::smitten:

They will probably hold on to them as they are probably about to experience an arms embargo.
