It's okay. Since the water is discharged into the sea, nuclear pollution is done all over the world. Everyone is the same. No one cares. Moreover, Japan is a free and democratic country, although all their politicians are family politicians and they marry each other. Liberal democracies can discharge nuclear-contaminated waste water, and they are morally innocent and not wrong.
