ICJ rejects India’s plea for acquittal, repatriation of Kulbhushan - Updates, News & Discussion

Modi and his govt are like the PMLN I think, they know after all the humiliation they suffered earlier this year, they cannot afford to be seen as having failed in this ICJ case. That's why all the BJP ministers (Shushma, Modi, etc) are claiming this as victory, hoping that no Indians will actually go and see the demands they made and how most of them were rejected, they will do anything to be seen as saviour of Gangaland

This is absolute ridiculous. Basically the whole trial thing has to start all over again and this time with these pesky fkn indians having full access to their terrorist monkey and this will probably drag on & on for years to come. All this happened because of our own spineless stand on this issue.

To begin with, ICJ had not jurisdiction on this issue. When India took the case to ICJ, Pakistan should have boldly declared this is our internal security issue where ICJ has absolutely no right to intervene and should have simply ignored any & all proceedings there, should have carried out the death sentence and be done with it to send a clear & loud message to india and expose its terrorist activities to entire world.

Lets see how our Indian posters explain the following in brackets.

For whatever its worth, councillor access is a straw to cluth on to for the poor posters like @Peshwa who is admittedly (in heat) hot, the Indian Lawyer admitted defeat at failing to free Kulbhushan... So what does the part in brackets means above...sorry I mean in below picture:

To me, the part in bracket is clearly not what the layer said nor did it means what @Peshwa said about himself.

Does anybody care to differ with me here @Khafee @PakSword @Verve @masterchief_mirza @Microsoft @Vortex
:lol::lol::lol:

Oh you want make a heart attack with brain stroke to the already flea bitten @Peshwa and his friends ?

Yes ? So I won’t differ with you bro :D

Relax. There will be no retrial and access is highly unlikely as well. It's mere media trial which benefits us the more Indoos bark about it.

Pakistan can walk out of ICJ by resigning from the Optional Protocol (takes about 12 months) but we don't need to at this stage. Got plenty of cards in hands to humiliate the Indians meanwhile.

1st of all congratulations on winning the case.

Guys, lets be the bigger people, and move on.

The important question is, after he his hung, will he be buried, or cremated?

No buried no cremated will pollute both earth and atmosphere.

Throw him in the sea !

Oh no he will pollute sea too.

Put in the Large Hadron Collider and explode him against the most heavy atoms existing.

KJ is in our custody and he is never going back simply because all India gained from the verdict is consular access but the sentence is not annuled. The further process could take years and no one would even remember who KJ was. Samjotha express happened almost a decade ago yet it is still pending.

And remember this: there are a thousand ways to die; some occur in custody...

It's a very interesting question posed by @Khafee sir.

If he has reverted then a burial.

If not then only his ashes must be returned, not the body.

ICJ said Pakistan breached Jadhav’s rights by denying him consular access and review and reconsideration must guarantee that this violation of his right and possible prejudice caused by the violation are fully examined.

I believe its the ‘Azad Adliya’ of Pakistan which will be at centre stage.
Yes agreed. But our failure/breach and not respecting the convention does not make him any less terrorist or spy. Furthermore, I suggest you to go over my post # 839 in this thread. The Azaad Adliya will also follow the same laws which military courts followed. Yes, the proceedings will be relatively more transparent and open, but I shall warn you not to get high and optimistic hopes. KJ case is pretty much solid...But its good to try all options available. And I respect his and the Republic of India's rights in this regard. Bear in mind that even without ICJ verdict, he and India had the option to review his sentences awarded in civilian courts of Pakistan, i.e in High Court...and after that, you can still file an appeal in Supreme Court.

I'm glad you got what I was hinting at.

He surely hasnt converted. So ashes it should be.

You guys remember a funny episode from Kargil? Indian soldiers praying Salat ul Janaza for Pakistani soldiers, and then doing Sajdah. :omghaha:
