With a small industry and just a handful of stars, our every other film revolves around similar faces. Therefore, when we got to know that Juggan Kazim is finally making a comeback to the silver screen and that too with a Zombie thriller, we were simply overjoyed.

Our optic nerve, iris and cornea (our eyes, basically) had all the reasons to rejoice as Juggan Kazim is all set to grace the silver screen again with her upcoming film Altered Skin.

Produced by Avi Federgreen and written and directed by Adnan Ahmed, the sci-fi flick; from the looks of its trailer, is dark and intriguing to say the least, and creates a sense of curiosity for the viewers. The core narrative revolves around an American expat who is living in Karachi and is married to a Pakistani doctor, Insiya Zia (Juggan Kazim).

Insiya comes across an unusual virus, MN-2, while paying a visit to her patients. The scene in which one of the patients wakes up and attacks Kazim is sure to send chills down your spine. Due to the infection, humans are turning into zombies and in the midst of all, there is also a deadly pharmaceutical conspiracy going on.

Apart from Juggan, the movie stars Ali Kazmi, Salman Shahid, Nirma Bucha, and Robin Dunne. Altered Skin is eyeing an early 2019 release date.

Juggan’s Past in Films
Juggan made her Lollywood debut opposite Shaan in director Altaf Hussain’s Khamosh Raho (2011). The film, however, was a big dud at the box office and neither did it manage to score any critical praise. Before that, the actor had already done a Canadian film, Sweet Destiny (2004).

Well, it took Juggan a lot of years to recover from the Khamosh Raho fiasco, but seems like we wouldn’t have to wait much to see the actor back on silver screen.

Zombie apocalypse cool :D

Couldn't they have got a Pakistani American to play the role of the Yankee.....BTW bro never been a fan of this lady, never really found her appealing at all.Kudos Zibago

Film gives image of Pakistani women desiring foreigners, am totally against this kind of marketing, too hell with Juggan Kazmi she is just a shameless fraud.
