Yes, Gas is available by Bottles. Electricity and Water 24X7. It's not at all an issue in Gujarat. Water is available just 10 ft deep.

good then i will say its ideal place . BTW this design look old your idea was modern house . only thing stopping me to invest in my farm house is no one live there we go when we have mode .

I suggest you hire some architects and ask them to provide you designs. You will spend a lot of money, but the best money you will spend will be on the design. Everything else rests on that.

Have you considered a modern twist on the old haveli?

Maybe have some of the walls which are glass walls throughout, like this...

get like all the way through the building.

Maybe you could have a haweli, with all 4 corners are roof to floor glass walls on both the inside and outside, letting light all the way through the building, but has concrete walls in between the corners?

sorry I mean 10 marla, around 2500 sqft, even that in my opinion is too small. @HariPrasad 2000 sqft is too small for a house, the sorta of house you have in mind anyways. You should work with at least 4000sqft.

No my plan is 250X4=1000 sq for rooms, 400 Sq for Hall, 150 Sq ft for kitchen, 600 to 700 sq ft for other. That should suffice. Anyway suggest some good design.
