Guys... It is unlikely true because you have to flow test any well to tell with any confidence that there are reserves.

They get a core and do a lab test along with a PVT (Pressure, Volume, Temperature) to get some reservoir fluid characterization. The will also run a DST to get a sample, pressure, and permeability. Then do extended Well Test build for transient data to get an understanding of the pool boundary, pressures, etc.

None of this has been done. You do not just claim you have reserves based on geological assumptions!!!!
