What the hell are you talking about? MQM won in areas that were hardly ever in PPP's control. Army had little to do with propping up MQM against PPP to take Sindh. And you are derailing this thread with you rants against Army.

He is right. Zia used MQM to counter PPP in Sindh. That is a very well known Fact. ISI appointed Altaf Hussain and Azeem for APMSO. At first, it was ISI who promoted MQM in Sindh during Zia Regime. It was not PA it was Zia's PA.

Are you telling me we have no intelligence assets at all in Afghanistan? We can still keep fencing the border and carry out strikes in Afghanistan whenever we receive actionable intelligence. At least we have managed to get rid of most of them from our land, just need to work on rooting out their cells here, and keeping them out.

How can MQM be used to counter PPP when MQM won in areas that never voted for PPP? I am not saying elements of MQM were not supported by Army, I know some parts were and I don't want to go in too much detail here as this is not the thread. My dear! I’m speaking against those who’re targeting common public whether in Pak or Afghanistan!

My concern is Pakistan my friend and will always remain Pakistan. Mullah is killing Pakistani people sitting in Afghanistan and this old dude is a direct challenge to his throne which is working for NDS and RAW.

Why should not Pakistan use him to divide TTP because he is their true king and Mullah is just a Leader of name this will start internal fighting of TTP and we can reduce the TTP power with just politics so why not try.

Before mqm khi the financial hub of Pakistan was under PPPs control they won khi and control sindh and Pakistan.zia or PA saw bhutto as a threat (bhutto was an ahole ) and they needed something to counter bhutto.and mqm was that counter!

Okay we have intelligence assets in Afghanistan but Mullah is protected by RAW NDS and CIA and it is their country we cannot eliminate him. With giving TTP a new king Mullah will come out and he will be taken out and after that we can do what ever you want to this old man.

Mullah Fazal is the leader of TTP because he is this man's Son-in-Law. There is no other reason for TTP to follow him.

Musharraf did to hold on to power, your ire should be directed at those generals who use the army for their own gains, not the army in general. Just like we have bad politicians, judges etc, same way we have some people in the Army who are bad apples.

That is why I am in favor of one snake fight the other snake. NDS is using TTP against Pakistan why not use Sufi to control TTP.

I find it hard to believe that a man who has had no contact with them for years, at least one would hope so if he was under custody, can now suddenly come out of prison and the TTP would follow him? I just doubt that very much.
