Why U.S. rail travel is so expensive

High speed rails (HSR) is like aviation: Point A to point B in the shortest time. The advantage of aviation is that flying bypass all geographical obstacles. Am USAF, but when on the ground, I prefers the roads because when am driving or riding, that is like being in the cockpit. Being a passenger whether in the air or in the rails is no fun. It is boring, but if the Chinese people like being boring, so be it. :enjoy:
 
Just watch how many people are going to ask in the coming days why we don’t have better rail in America after what just happened to I-95 today.

Also watch how this Highway collapse will get addressed ASAP, not least because anything less than ASAP will have political consequences. It will be like the rail line construction in LA following the Northridge earthquake in the 90s.
