IAF maintenance of aircraft is so dismal that foreignness contracts are being signed to repair and maintain aircraft this is so far true for

why not just send your mirages and Rafaels over to the Mirage rebuild factory in Kamra. It would be so much cheaper and higher quality work?

imagine spending billions upon billions on your airforce and when the time comes to take on the enemy 7 times smaller its size the air chief chickens out requesting the army to launch land based missile and there's no one ready to ingress in to enemy territory which just pounded military depots inside india

Flankers are very maintenance heavy and thus suffer from low availability rates.

We support and overhaul 3 versions of the mirage inclusive of avionics ,with very high praise from tbe French. I am sure we can build this capability for a good price :)

Same is true for the Rafael. Pakistan also supports over 70 f-16s and Jf-17

2019 was very bad for indian airforces in every field including maintenance and crashes. But the past 2 years results shows a major improvement with reduction in crashes. Things will improve further as both neigbors are upgrading their fleets.
 
Its a huge massive blessings for Pakistan and confidence booster that your enemy is behind clearly :
1st manufacturing & producing own aircrafts
2nd unable to maintain basics of aircrafts know how
3rd everyone inside India's HAL covers up their faces psychologically on corruption

There should be an age limit to who can join or post on PDF but then fan boys will be fanboys.
