Whats going on with KPK Dengue outbreak?

I mean all of the sudden everyone talking about kpk dengue issue. Apparently KPK hospitals aren't capable enough to handle it? What PTI has done so far? Why it is such a big issue that Punjab doctors had to go their and setup mobile clinics?
