How you view the current global developments? China is progressing by leaps and bounds towards a superpower status, while a political transition from a communist government to a democracy or whats more likely a nationalist dictatorship is still pending; Russia has reverted to an unofficial nationalist dictatorship under Putin with renewed tensions with the west and with Putin trying to create a sort of a new union between some of the ex-soviet republics, the EU though united in theory is as divided as ever although having the potential to unite and become a superpower to counter the United States as well as the USA which has stretched to its limits because of the war on terror losing ground to the other contenders mentioned above with a fast declining economy. What do you see happening in about a decade? With the unipolar world a thing of the past would we see a bipolar world or a multipolar world? And if a bipolar world would it be US vs. China or US vs. Russia while in the case of a multipolar world would we see all the four powers i.e. USA, EU, China and Russia? What do you think? Post your view. Thanks and best regards.:)
