AFAIK - EagleEyes was a think tank back in the day (circa 2008) - @WebMaster was always webmaster since I joined in 2008.

I hope Vostok is okay. And I presume, and I may be wrong, he probably doesn't want to discuss on the internet in a country ruled by a Nazi gang which has banned opposition parties and put at least one of their leaders under house arrest. Ukraine is a Nazi dictatorship under Humanitarianism Poster Boy Zelensky.
