Has anyone ever actually thought what would happen if PTI won the elections and took control?

How would the world perceive Imran as PM? Would it drive in more trade and investment?

Or does Nawaz have more connections in the business world and Imran would simply be ignored and Pakistan would become even poorer under PTI.

Under Imran Khan Pakistan will prosperous leaps and bounds.

His first speech as Prime minister would set the country on right direction.

establishment and representative govt will work together for the interests of Pakistan rather than politicking to nail the other down.

Imran Khan will give Pakistan a positive image in the world, will attract investors and confidence of the world community as we be taken as a stable and responsible country.

It wont be easy, but right man on the top will put things to right direction.

Pakistan will live with integrity, above all.

Unfortunately, you can also guess with your limited imagination but the real deal will only come when he's given a chance Nationally.. He's a man with Integrity and Self Respect..i can't see how he would let Pakistan sink to new lows like these sharif's and zardari's... He will put all of his efforts towards the betterment of Pakistan thats for sure cause he is also a great social worker for Pakistan..

It will be a disaster for Pakistan, under IK rule all our friendly countries will see us with suspicion. Whereas, enemies will have more opportunities to penetrate.

Very high chances of PTI and Establishment fight. Internal power struggle within PTI will lead to corruption and bandar baant.

Mulla Fazululla (if alive by then) will be allowed to open office in Peshawar and Islamabad as stated by IK in past.

Imran khan will head hit squad to execute anti PTI people as he mentioned during sit in that they are putting their names on PTI website and they will not be forgiven.

Business community don't like him, infrastructure development will stop only PTI MNA's will get crores in name of funds as It happening in KPK and there are 1000 more reasons.

I like IK very much but he just not fit for this job. He can continue his social work like EdhI and get Dua's from people.

Completely agreed, we need honest and dedicated leaders like Shehan Shah e Azam Nawaz Sharif and Hazrat Asif Ali Zardari. Look at the amazing job they have done in building the country, they have removed corruption and nepotism from the face of Pakistan. The country is growing at an annual rate of 10%, inflation has been reduced to 2% and load-shedding has also been eliminated. The Naysayers are just a bunch of country hating illiterate morons.

We need more leaders who have the integrity of Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif, after all that's the way forward. Sindh and Punjab are examples of prosperous provinces, they put Denmark to shame in terms of their prosperity especially Sindh.

Clash between Establishment and PTI ....
I prefer to call it Clash of Civilization.:enjoy:

That is why I would love to give Musharraf a chance because he is Experienced and Sincere so we can expect him to do better then Nawaz, Zardari, Imran etc.

He is an anarchist and the economy would definitely go down because he would ruin the whole Businessmen's trust due to his ego and also due to stupidity that bring him close to Conflict with Establishment.

Zero Corruption, Institution building. Enough said.
Also add to that Imran Khan's credibility internationally and his knowledge of democracy.

Would have been a complete mess. For starters, the PTI would have still had its opportunists on board who are of the same crop as those in all the other parties and hence the mismanagement and corruption would continue even as certain good economic policies might have been enacted. IK would have had to constantly compromise and essentially lose most credibility that he would bring with him. He may have improved relations with the British but would have ruined those with the Americans. The Taliban would literally have a free hand in FATA and they would gradually force themselves upon the rest of the country via self implementation of Draconian laws ala Lal Masjid with which IK would have been helpless as well. A massive military operation would have then had to begin to clean up such a mess that would make Zarb-e-Azb look like a minor skirmish.

In other words, PTI was not ready and they knew it back then as well. What was important was to know who is really loyal and who is not; as current events show.. the opportunists have jumped ship again.

Not to sound pessimist but how much improvement have been done to KPK province under PTI can give you some idea BUT you can argue that PTI need more TIME and RESOURCES.
