Though chinese need to answer this thread.... But I think China lacks soft power projection and propaganda warfare as compared to the west

Totally. Actually Chinese leaders are trained by a totally different way. In democracy leaders are elected by getting others to vote, so they become masters at managing public opinion, and creating narratives.

Isolation from West Specially US is tieing a Knot around China .China needs to find more allies and quick .

Per capita infra.
Sport facilities, high-speed railway in less developed regions, tourism infra...
U have to gauge infra with the background that China has 1.3 billion people.

Let market decide it, or else you will have huge amount of non performing assets in your banks, which will then lead to a debt crisis.

So government should step aside from developing things, and give market more chance. If there will be demand then things should be built. China has done this mistake before, it has humongous excess capacities in many sectors like cement, steel, glass etc.

We don't need leaders like Modi who only masters in delivering speech.

Speech is a very important part of personality and leadership. Not the only thing for sure, but very important.

Today the western media is able to roll over you. The only thing that you are able to do is to lock your citizens up inside the GFW. This shows lack of confidence. Instead of going the other direction, you are forced to hide in your well.

It's useless to discuss rationally with you, since u have no first-hand experience and all u get is from quora.
You are like a few liberal Chinese who work for western propaganda, promoting the so-called universal value including the ominpotent market.
Ok, u can believe it, so comes an abysmal country.

Now I'm more convinced your "charismatic" leaders are just craps.

Rather, it is you who hype things up. Are you denying that there are gross overcapacities in many sectors?

Should I quote many Chinese sources?

Even your president in upon becoming president laid out his plan that he would like the market to play a bigger role in allotment of resources.

And Indian are spiritually full by their delusional soft power, like NASA scientists, most fatal railway system in the world and glorious life expectancy lower than developing country average.
Soft power is overrated. If the US didn't have hard power, nobody gives a shit or join their ongoing war. Imagine if a country like India was fighting in Middle-east, who would join them? Vietnam? LOL
