What's new

Uttar Pradesh cancels Eid Milad-un-Nabi, Jummat-ul-Wida holidays, along with 15 others

With this being India, I have a sneaking suspicion more wine will end up being sold outside those timings if it is implemented.:cheers:

cars will become mini bars in most cases now :smitten:

Muslims of India should thank Allah that Iqbal had seen this 100 years ago. Now recall Iqbal another time and follow the path of Jinnah to save your souls from this Hindu Hindustan.

Well daaru taxes are a major source of revenue, which is probably why there was some talk of relaxing the booze shop rules recently.

Don't mind the trip to Gurugram though, got some innovative and impressive ahattas there but it's annoying as hell when you're taken by surprise when you see the shutter down on your local place, sadly that happens far too often. :tsk:

car-o-bar :P

dangerous dhandha though, not something that we should encourage.

But it would be mini storage bar in cars now not for consuming and driving. The way policies and timings are being changed in different states this needs to be done

Can those still be booked off for those who wish to celebrate it?

Iqbal was not able to see corruption, mob lynching, killing of minorities, terrorism but he was able to see plight of muslims in India.

Mob lynching happens in India too. Killing of minorities happen in India too. Terrorism is funded by Indian agencies.

Try again.

what about cow vigilantes, cow hurders being lynched to death, muslims being prosecuted, stone throwers being blinded for life or shot dead etc etc

for one pakistani bad thing we can name you 2 bad things in india.

Lol at the same rehearsed posts of religious dingbats even before reading the article and list of holidays.

P.s. these are the same people licking yellow on " china bans islamic names" thread. How morally pathetic and intellectually inferior.

If same Law been applied by some non religious person then it would be different scenario. It's issue because step is taken by hardcore religious figure.

So your only issue is that he is a devout hindu? You muslims are so openly intolerant. Refreshing.

Its not intolerant , its sensible advice . First its one of major religious festival among Muslim and second Muslim population is second to Hindu religion. Never touch the religious issue, if you touch, be careful what you doing....because repercussion always comes worst.

All kinds of holidays have been scrapped.
