What really makes me sad is how we're neglecting the Yavuz class. A ship carrying TCG Yavuz name should be one scary warship.

Yavuz and Fatih names should be kept for future aircraft carriers

How could we turn this enormous part of Turkish history into scrap metal, still boggles my mind.

We boast spirituality but we're a very materialistic nation.

Yavuz are older than Barbaros Class and lack on VLS, any Upgrade would become expensive!

It doesn't really matter, arm launcher or vertical launcher, they both have ESSM. You know Barbaros class doesn't have anything other than ESSM right?

So I don't think that matters.

Although we could upgrade Yavuz class with MIDLAS once we have Siper in sufficient numbers.
