The Coming War With Pakistan

I stopped reading/watching BBC when I realized that every 3rd artical was about how a girl in some village somewhere in a muslim country was prevented from wearing make up, and thus violated her human rights.

Interestingly enough, they didn't do much coverage over that pregnant Egyptian woman who was killed in a German court for the crime of being a Muslim.
Thanks God at least U noticed something there. Most of the time pplz try to pretend that human rights conditions are excellent in US/Europe even its a big lie.....:smokin:

There is no way any single or even multiple nations can take on the United States in a military conflict. The US forces are miles ahead of the second best...Russia. As for china...well.....

Its best to avoid any conflict with the USA. Its not like we don't have any allies.

We're way too advanced :)

Chrome it is not the question of advancement for any nation in defense technologies; the basic question is what good USA brings to this region, rather to stabilize this region or give solution to the issues like extremism, terrorism or so on USA has now become the pat of the problem rather than the solution.

Why you people don’t ask some straight and simple questions to your Government like

Why after 10 years Afghanistan is as worst as it was 10 years back?

What are you people doing there after Osama?

What is the end of this war?

How long would it take to stabilize Afghanistan?

And how would that be achieved without the realizing the interest of neighboring countries of Afghanistan?

What is the interest of USA in Afghanistan other than the interest of neighboring countries?

Don't you know they highly sympathize with the horrendous plight of poor oppressed Muslim women, hence would like to 'liberate' them via "Jasmine Revolutions" and "Arab Springs", hoping the result would be something like this:

On a serious note though:

Chinese friends they're aiming right at you. Pakistan is not the end-goal/destination.

Attempting to contain China via
1) Korean peninsula
2) Japan
3) Taiwan
4) Vietnam
5) Burma
6) SE Asia
7) India
8) Pakistan
9) Central Asia

They've been at it right from the beginning and still going.

Then what going on in Afghanistan ???????????

I am seeing defeat their by hands of fighters who have no advance weapons like yours....

War with Pakistan, it seems a big joke because US only need economic sanctions against Pakistan to ruin them because Pakistan is not Iran rich in oil and gas.

True.

One went on and became a communist country. The other became divided, half existing as a communist. Neither the Vietnamese nor Koreans jumped up in joy praising the em.. American wins. Only the Americans are praising themselves here :azn:

Man u raised a very good point I hope people understand this that how westerners rule.

And to Americans I can only say THE BIGGER AND MIGHTIER U R THE HARDER U FALL

if technology ensured victory then US/NATO (more superior in technology then others) wouldn't been finding a way to peaceful solution of afganistan( where they have been fighting for 10 years now) against taliban (who dont have anything but good old ak47 ) & yet US will all its mighty power & superior technology is unable to subdue the Taliban who are half in numbers & 90% of them dont even know how to start a computer .

Patriotism is a good thing , but you should not go overboard with it .

In the whole history of warfare Good weapons & batter technology have never ensured a victory , it was always will to fight & determination to win.

Whose defeat ? For every NATO soldier KIA, hundreds of talibs die. Dunno how that equates to defeat.
having more kills doesnt make you win the war. the US is losing the war economically thats why they are pulling out even with the taliban still have some amount of power.

the US is defeating itself, like it did in vietnam and korea where communism won

if the US give every taliban half of $50 Million, the taliban has been serving US. realy funny.

US Won the Korean War as it main objective was to repel the North Korean invasion of the South, which it did.

And plus it was the Chinese who actually proposed negotiations to end the war, not the Americans, who were planning on carrying a major offensive in 1953 when the war ended.

As for Vietnam, US held the North Vietnamese at bay as long as they were there. US defeated them in major battles in 1965, the Tet Offensive Battle of Khe Sahn Battle of Hue in 1968, Defeated the NVA Easter Offensive of 1972. It was only when the Americans withdrew did the South Vietnam fall in 1975.

US did as much as they could but if the South Vietnamese gov't and military lacked the will the fight then what could the US do.

As for victories, tell that to the British, Mexico, Spain, Philippines, Germany in World War I, Germany and Japan in World War II, Korea, Panama, Iraq in Gulf War, Iraq Again and the rout of the Taliban in 2001.

So enough fan boy nonsense. Read some military history books, papers, thesis and then post. Don't make ridiculous comments by your limited off hand knowledge that you heard on TV or saw in a movie and suddenly you are an expert.

Let me explain:

American forces can boast no progress for the last 5 years whereas the Taliban are slowly making their presence felt in alien provinces as well. The only reason ISAF still hold the west is because it consists mainly of non-Pukhtuns who are not impressed by the Talib ideology.
