Suranjit victim of the communal politics: USHBCU

banglanews24.com

NEW YORK: Railway Minister Suranjit Sengupta is the victim of the communal politics and Nandirhat, Satkhira and the propaganda against Suranjit are interlinked.

Leaders of United States Hindu Boydho Christian Unity (USHBCU) parishad came up with the allegation recently at a press conference here.

They also blamed flatly all Bangladeshi media for taking part of it to jump on Suranjit Sengupta.

They said media in Bangladesh giving unnecessary and extra efforts to label this veteran politician as involved in corruption and they said this in a press briefing this evening in New York.

The organization didn’t rule out the possibility of conspiracy by bureaucrats or inner party grouping along with the anti liberation forces.

They claimed that Suranjit Sengupta spoke against Satkhira’ communal violence and he is the strong voice of the Hindu minority people in the country.

President Nabendu Datta, Shitangshu Bikash Guho, Ratan Barua and Thomas Dulu Roy led the press briefing while many of their members were also present at the press briefing.

Nabendu Datta strongly criticized the incumbent government and expressed their frustration against the violence to suppress Hindu minority in the country.

He also challenged “no single politician in Bangladesh will be found honest and they all are millionaire”. All politicians have their luxurious apartment, building at Gulshan, Banani and elsewhere.

He said, “Shame to the constitution and shame to the country as shame to the politicians.”

Sitangshu Bikash Guho told the journalist that just because of the identity as Hindu, Suranjit Sengupta is targeted by even the media and media Jumped on him like they “got him.”

He also blamed media by saying media are giving extra efforts to exaggerate the issue.

Criticizing the government, he also raised his finger to Prime Pinister sheikh Hasina and Home Minster Sahara Khatun as Suranjit Sengupta advised them to visit the Satkhira district after the communal violence.

Expressing enormous anger to the “Hindu repression” in Bangladesh, the organizers also said Suranjit Sengupta is the scapegoat, when the minority across the world is united to protest the repression.

What Churonjit's resignation has to do with minority oppression. Now it is necessary to file a case and to investigate the manner. This group United States Hindu Boydho Christian Unity (USHBCU) has some other intention behind the allegation.

Hindu Boydho Christian Unity (USHBCU) parishad is run by a Foreign intelligence agency . These retards always cry about
minority rights violation while each and every one of these lunatic traitors work here in BD but have all the assets in their
master's land. These double faced traitors are a parasite on our country.

That name - worst name ever. I don't know if I should laugh or cry...

Low life thief Surenjeet was winning because his constituency is full of Hindus and some Awami Islamic name Hindus. I didn't know it before until recently.

Now, that the big mouth scum has gone but words on the street in Sylhet is that La-Hasina was behind the whole episode. She probably handicap this looser for going against her during last care taker government.

Either ways, good for Islamic power.

We need to bring the Buddhists and Christians to our side. I think it is kind of useless to try to bring Hindu's to our side, but we should not discriminate against them, rather take good care of them and make sure no oppression takes place against any minority.

In our fight for survival, we will be allying with the Buddhists in ASEAN and East Asia, hopefully, and Christian West is already helping us survive by giving us market access and giving many of us shelter and good life in their countries.

While Indian Hindu's have disappointed us in the past and may continue to do so for the foreseeable future, Bangladeshi Hindu's are our own people. So even if some of them may not feel as loyal to our state as others, we have an obligation to take good care of them. The motivation is not just to prevent others to find ammunition for propaganda, but do it because it is the right thing to do for our fellow countrymen as human beings, who have as much right as a citizen of the country as any from the majority group.

Having said that, if someone is found to be involved in corruption or other anti-state activities, and it is proven after investigation, then being from a minority community should not be a factor of consideration for showing leniency.

I think Suranjit was a victim of a conspiracy from within his own party and orchestrated by Sheikh Hasina in revenge for his role during 1/11.

what role did he play in 1/11?

He played the role of reformists due to the pressure from the military backed caretaker government and wanted to remove shaikh hasina from the Awami league or wanted make sure no more then 2 term one can not become PM.
