Every elements of the universe is supposed to be bound in certain parameters, rules & regulations as same as the ehtics and values for the humanity, drawn by the creator.
We can see, that, Masjid have its own decipline and respects (we never ever think to go with boots on the place of prayer in the masjid, and even if you will see some one to go their with boots you will defenitly stop him/her, don't you??? so will this your act unease that person???)
While bar & casino its own rules & regulation (though these places are treated just only for recreations) to maximize the recreations and avoid any clash. Non of good or bad can survive with out any certian parameters.
