Subramanian Swamy today exposed #PaidMedia

Passions have been running high in Muzaffarnagar since August 27 when three youths from the two communities were killed in a clash at Kawal over an alleged incident of eve-teasing. “While the local administration is to be blamed for the failure to contain violence, the situation worsened after certain political leaders made inflammatory speeches at the khap mahapanchayat organised by the BKU. The meeting was attended by some BJP leaders, including Hukum Singh, Sangeet Som and Suresh Rana; BKU leaders Naresh Tikait and Rakesh Tikait and Congress leader Harendra Malik,” alleged a resident on condition of anonymity.

The police plan to book the political leaders who instigated members of their community to resort to violence on the pretext of settling scores.

Adding fuel to the fire was a fake video uploaded on the Internet, showing a group lynching two young men.

UP needs to get its act together. Parts of it sound like some sort of ungoverned failed state and not a part of modern day India.

Before talking about any other case, UP needs to be broken up into smaller states. It has a population of almost the entire United States!
Right! That's the only way this communal chaos can stop. Here's how UP should be divided:

There should be "Web News channel" allowing common people to upload the video of local events.
I am dam sick of our controlled/sold media. Isn't "You-tube" allowing live video streaming ??? That can solve the problems of people who aren't in good terms with established media.

On topic : News of AK-47 is really disturbing. Condition of UP - one of the biggest states in India is worrisome.

I saw reports on this riot on NDTV & CNN IBN. This was like 2 hours back.
Action thanks to social media! Else this would have never come out. Yadavs would have remained "secular" and Modi "communal"

This man has gone nuts, raising already tense situation

Why? Suppressing news favours your 'secularism'?

Media channels were gung ho when Gujarat riots happened and that too when they were contained in two days by Army flag march.

Calling him nuts indeed.

Wonder where does your types' secularism go when massacre happened here in Assam state in NE. Or for that matter even this one.

Just because it is ruled by a 'Secular' government (real meaning anti-Hindu/anti-Buddhist government), you will call anyone exposing the situation as nuts, don't you?

How typical two-faced.

Rather than concerned for the country, you protect those who are ruining it.

Right! That's the only way this communal chaos can stop. Here's how UP should be divided:

No. Dividing the state will mean creating another mini-Kashmir within.

The muslim population is expert in ghettoizing wherever they go. We have had enough problems in Assam here and as we all know, in Kashmir in the 90s.

This is wrong.

Instead of dividing the state, it should be put under AFSPA for 10 years disbanding all elections and putting it under president's rule.

That will set things right.

Well smaller states are supposed to be more efficient as they are easy to administrate ! But it also depends upon state administration and its will power ...

Smaller states have their share of problems ? But yes division of UP at-least make it easily to govern !

Right at Hindi heartland we have a "state within state" that is ruled by mafia with little fear of law oblivious to the rest of India !

We need to get rid of ppl like mulayam singh and his deputy azam khan

How do you intend to do that ?

He is 'Sonia Gandhi' of UP .....( extra constitutional power )

The same Mulayam Singh Yadav is dreaming to be PM of India ( ....and if you are lucky ....you might even see him on Red fort at Next Independence Day )

So if you have any democratic way to get rid of him ....better hurry up !

He is going to be spoiler .....( I won't call him 'King-maker' ....he is not worth it ) !!!
