I don't now what kind torpedo Pakistan navy use. The dimesion of the tube, what this means is if Pakistan would have the technology in the future could use his own weapons with help of Turkish campony.
Agusta uses the DM2A4 heavy torpedo as it's primary weapon.

KSEW can manufacture ships and submarines using kits of materiel (KoM) from the original supplier.

This isn't assembling as there's still manufacturing involved (e.g., cutting steel). However, the KoMs would include all of the critical inputs such as the steel and engines.

Pakistan doesn't produce any of the inputs indigneously. So, with ToT deals or even original designs, all of the engines and steel have to come from abroad. We basically didn't advance much since the 1970s and used 50 odd years for development to ruin our industry.
It's the commercial industrial prowess which lays the foundation of a thriving military industrial complex. But here in Pakistan everyone tries to live isolated from the society. Our MIC can't flourish in isolation and the absence of world class commercial industrial base to back it up. Just like our political leadership can't do well by isolating themselves from the rest of the nation, our armed forces can't excell in isolation from the "bloody civilians" and similarly our MIC wouldn't take off in isolation and absence of the overall national industrial capability. All those phenomena progress or get ruined hand in hand. That's how the whole ecosystem works.

Just like certified Pakistani Toyota mechanics who can repair, troubleshoot or somewhat improvise on a Toyota made car, our defense industries can just assemble, maintain, repair and somewhat improvise upon our military hardware. We can't develop and build a 💩 without some major foreign support and input in form of kits of almost all the critical components.

That's bitter reality.

Third submarine next in line

Özgür Güleryüz, General Manager of STM, speaking about the project, said:

“As we continue our journey on which we set out for the sake of our country’s defence, we are also transferring our engineering experience and technologies to friendly and brotherly countries.

The Pakistan Navy Agosta 90B Class Submarine Modernization Project is one of the most important examples of STM’s national and international competency in submarine production and modernization.

Within the scope of the AGOSTA Modernization project, which stands out as Türkiye’s first submarine modernization engineering export project involving strategic and high-tech systems, we have successfully equipped the second submarine with modern systems after having delivered the first to the customer in 2021.

I congratulate all of our stakeholders and employees who have contributed to the project. I hope PNS/M KHALID, which has begun to carry out its naval missions, will be beneficial to the friendly and brotherly Pakistan Navy.”

STM Savunma Teknolojileri Mühendislik ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of the leading companies in the Turkish defence sector, has completed another critical milestone in its successful export projects. The second submarine, PNS/M KHALID (S-137), was delivered to Pakistan Navy at a ceremony held, marking the latest step in the project to modernize three AGOSTA 90B class submarines.

Submarines Modernized with the Most Advanced Systems

The submarines’ sonar suites, periscopes, command and control systems, naval data distribution systems, converters, steering control systems, chilled water systems, and radar & electronic support systems are all being replaced. Systems produced by numerous indigenous and national companies, including ASELSAN and HAVELSAN, are also being exported within the scope of the Project. All hull-related structural modifications, materials, and workmanship activities carried out on the submarines under the modernization project have been certified by the international classification society DNV (Dat Norske Veritas)
