Rescue 1122 faces low funds !

the other day it was in news that 1122 has put up banners asking Lahoris for Chanda to run their maintenance and daily affairs... the condition of the wagons is going down, their offices look shaky as well....

since the "Khadam-e-Alla" is not really interested in giving money (health is one of the 22 ministries khadem-e-alla is holding) on the service because it reminds him of Parvaiz Elahi (my guess)...
