Refugee women in AJK protest against Indian forces

MUZAFFARABAD: Refugee women settled in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) on Tuesday rallied against the atrocities committed by Indian forces in Indian administered Kashmir.

The rally was taken out from Central Press Club to Gharipan Chowk to condemn the beating of women during the protest demonstration in Indian administered Kashmir. The protesters were carrying banners inscribed with slogans such as, ‘go India, go back,’ ‘where is UN and shame for UN.’

On the occasion, women rights activist Idreesa Butt said “Indian Prime Minister (Narendra) Modi must keep it in mind that Kashmiris neither need economic package nor jobs, they demand only freedom from New Delhi rule,” she added.

Self-educated AJK girl gets admission in Cambridge

The women speakers urged Islamabad to adopt proactive diplomatic approach to expose Indian state terrorism in Kashmir. “Indian forces are trying to break the will of Kashmiris who are demanding freedom,” said one of the women while addressing the rally participants.

India is not keeping its words.. they dont wanna solve Kashmir instead of killing innocent kashmiries and bringing hindu settlers to Indian occupied Kashmir.
Pakistan sud raise this issue to UN and other parts of world. to show indian face to world that how brutely indian army killing innocent Kashmiries.
There is always a chance of war between two countries till they we solve this issue .. if world can afford necular war then sure let fuel it with more indian agression and hate towards Kashmiri muslims.

Last time our PM came for peace ,Guess who sabotaged it and did kargil,you establishment was planning and executing kargil while our PM was in Pakistan talking peace.

After Simla Agreement, India and Pakistan agreed to keep Kashmir a Bilateral issue, which means no third Party. So UN resolution is no more valid.

but do india respect that agreement? because when ever pakistan talk about kashmir india reply is "internal matter".

UNMOGIP has been acting as an observer along LOC since UN resolution 47.if UN resolutions are not valid anymore how this observer group is working on the both sides.

Both Pakistan and India have agreed to follow the principles of UN in simla agreement.These principles are based on the charter of UN which allows it to act as a mediator in inter state and intra state issues

do you also hold the instrument of accession on hyderabad deccan because the nizams chose independent state?
if it wasn an internal issue and the problem was AJK then why didn't you wrote such agreement after all you were the winners of war. but current agreement talks about whole kashmir.

UNMOGIP it self has clarified that it's mission is to observe the ceasefire status along LoC.It has no mandate for referendum or solution of Kashmir dispute.

Modi just announced Rs. 2000 crore for refugees from that part of Kashmir. Probably these people are lamenting the fact that they wont benefit ? Doesnt matter anyway. Curfew is gone and valley is peaceful barring few places.

UNMOGIP has been acting as an observer along LOC since UN resolution 47.if UN resolutions are not valid anymore how this observer group is working on the both sides.

I point this out merely for your information, and in a neutral spirit.

• The UN Resolutions may not be invoked by either party to the Shimla Pact
• The UN may invoke it
• UNMOGIP has to be withdrawn by mutual consent of the parties to the Pact
• This was not put in, and remains a loose end

Both Pakistan and India have agreed that all matters between them should be resolved bilaterally. There was nothing else to it.
