It’s not like you will be serving pilots of hundreds of aircraft, we barely have 15 A320s in all of Pakistan

It’s not like you will be serving pilots of hundreds of aircraft, we barely have 15 A320s in all of Pakistan

There is a thumb-rule that for each Aircraft you need to have 4 Sets of Crew.

Now multiple that figure with 15, & you have an awfully large number of Pilots that have to go through their Sim Check nearly twice a year. There is also the possibility that airblue & AirSial might be using their Sim to save cost on Foreign Sims, Travel & Lodging cost.

Running a Simulator also requires a lot of attention especially if its being run around the clock.

I wonder if PIA has ICAO/IATA Approval to train Pilots from Foreign Airlines...
