Prime Mininster's children / family should just file fine payment for 2-10 Million USD and just get it over with already and just claim , we don't have paper record of transfer end of story (Settlement with Tax Bureue)

Internationally any tax dealins over 5 years are normallly considered obsolete if there was no objection raised to these claims

Kiya long drama laga rakha hai , for past few years

One thing though..tht Supreme court had rejected istasna in Yousuf Raza Gilani's case.. Infact in tht case, speaker of national assembly had also given ruling in Yusuf Raza Gilani's favor... But SC still rejected

But now since Nawaz Sharif is a darling of our judiciary and establishment, so cant say tht whether same rule will apply here too

There can be plea bargain also. which will be peanuts.

Argument of the day "apply article 66 to PM's speech in parliament and you'll find no contradiction" :haha:

Article 248 won't earn defense counsel anything, same is true for article 19.

So, five & half days and all we have technicalities. RIP to merit.

i dont know how nooras & co will go in the public and ask for votes with such a zillat

that is the thing due to which Pakistan faces hurdles in developing and in creating a fair community.... judiciary and establishment always compromise on such things they shudnt once punish the culprits and then nobody will dare to do corruption

True that, In Gillani's case SC even bulldozed speaker's ruling on article 248.

“Privilege of parliamentarians to say something in Parliament is not absolute under Article 66 of the Constitution,”
Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed alias pakora-philic judge.

“These were not regular parliamentary proceedings as the prime minister himself volunteered to say something on the Panama Papers issue,” Justice Khosa said. “Committing a crime is not performance of official duty and the Parliament is not an island where you can do whatever you want,” he added.

Justice Asif Khosa while giving nightmares to counsel and his client.

Seems like the cat has got Justice Ejaz Afzal's tongue.

Yes didnt hear Justice Ijaz Afzal's remarks for long time.. He must be silently thinking on how to bail out Nawaz .sharif from all this phadda....

I think the final verdict can be a divided decision.....

Justce khosa
Justice Ijaz ul Hasan (the other Justice Ijaz....not Ijaz Afzal.. He also raises some very good questions) can give decision against Nawaz Sharif
Dont know abt Justice Gulzar... He is mostly silent

While pakora judge can be 50/50 if other majority judges give decision agst nawaz sharif..tu hosakta hai woh bhi against hojaye.. He can swing both ways... Pakora judge kabhi kabhi sahi baat bhi kar leta hai.... Never thought I would say this...lolll...

Abt justice Ijaz Afzal...lolll.. The less said abt him, the better...ye tu pakka pakka nawaz sharif ki taraf hai

So. Its mostly upto...which side do Justice Gulzar and pakora judge go?

:woot: :woot::woot::woot::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
