What's new

Pakistan’s first private space company, The Rocket & Satellite Company Limited, announced

I got some information about his project.
Apparently this guy is making a reuseable rocket. Which would land on its platform (just like SpaceX)
It's payload is 300 kg to LEO.
The most important part is that it will be made in Pakistan.

This guy is definitely a fraud. His website, which seems to be the only source of information is full of grammatical errors.

I agree with you. If this guy was legit then our Science and Technology minister Mr. Fawad Chaudhary must have acknowledged his effort. Let's wait a little further to prove our assumption.

See my earlier post. SpaceX had the support of ex-NASA engineers as employees. What does this guy have?

Pakistan has totally abrogated its responsibility to invest in space sciences and technology and so dubious characters like this individual are milking the international trends by promising to execute a seemingly complex and capital intensive projects.

Pakistan became first country in south Asia to launch a rocket in space with the help of NASA in 1962.

I believe both India and Pakistan simultaneously got American rockets as their first rockets ( the Nike Apache rocket ). And both failed to make ambitious goals. Pakistan became limited to military rocketry and India became limited to making launch rockets for satellites.

Both could have easily started human launch programs in the 1960s itself.

Brothers.
Kindly inform. How many Satellites do Pakistan have in space today ??

Pakistan’s first private space company, The Rocket & Satellite Company Limited, announced this week that it has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Government of Pakistan.

This startup has never seemed a serious venture to me. Glad to be proven wrong, but I have my doubts it even exists on the ground.

Few days ago you were "socialist " and against space programs to motorcycles.

Was it necessary to poke your nose when Pakistanis were discussing about their country without bringing India.

When was I against space programs ?

But yes, I am still against motorcycles.

Was it necessary to poke your nose when Pakistanis were discussing about their country without bringing India.

Bringing India was necessary. Please read my post that you quoted.
