But this would be more intelligent given its present geo-economic and diplomatic relations vis a vis the west circumstances .

We are not in any condition to test nukes. And most importantly, we don't need to test them. They are already tested.

India would not go for Fission Tests but Thermonuclear Fusion bombs which are 10 to 100 times more destructive. It is not a mere achievement that Pakistan has tested Fission bombs are would be happy with them the way they are. India gave Pakistan an opportunity to become Nuclear Power State last time, they would give us yet another opportunity to become a Thermonuclear status this time. Should we not cash on that?

There is nothing pakistan can do, We havent signed CTBT deal, so no international pressure on us, But can be pressure from China as it can persuade with the UN and Do something about it, but I dont thing that should be a matter of concern for pakistan , as we have signed no first use policy anyway..

thats the way to go. We have already proved as a Nuclear nation so don't need to prove again just give some warnings to the world that if India does the tests again they will follow the same suit .............. if they does just ask the world to donate $5-10 billion dollars more to avoid another test this time and if they don't agree just do it once again
