Pakistan has to vacate Azad Kashmir and GB: India

I heard Indians claiming Pakistan lost all wars against India. Including that of 1948.

Now if lsnatching a significant chunk of territory from the enemy is called "losing the war", Pakistan should always lose every war with India.

Jokers!

Just wondering if Kashmiri Valley Muslims werent muslims or converted to other religion. Would they still have grudged against India ??
Well Kashmiris are eastern Iranian culturally and have been opressed by Hindu and Sikh rulers from India, killing them in the hundreds of thousands in famines. I doubt they wouldve wanted to join India, especially the regions Pakistan has freed which are basically central Asian(GB) and north Punjabi(AJK).

lolllzzzzz sorry somehow i read too fast hence often over read words so i read it as Head insurance.

Head Insurance Would Be An Even Better Idea.Any Indian Coming With The BS Idea That Somehow Our Land Is Their "territory" Should Definitely Consider It

Kashmir is a Muslim majority state, Azad Kashmir and GB are 100% Muslim and a religious, cultural and ethnic extention of Pakistan who hate hindus and wanted Partition like everyone else

there was a process laid down and involved parties need to agree to that process. as per the process india has legitimate claim and pakistan does not.

it does not matter if a part of the region in kashmir now has muslim majority population as india could also say hindus were a majority in undivided india and pakistan as country itself is illegitimate now.

Early day motion 1107

ANNEXATION OF GILGIT-BALTISTAN BY PAKISTAN AS ITS FIFTH FRONTIER
Session: 2016-17
Date tabled: 23.03.2017
Primary sponsor: Blackman, Bob
Sponsors:
That this House condemns the arbitrary announcement by Pakistan declaring Gilgit-Baltistan as its Fifth Frontier, implying its attempt to annex the already disputed area; notes that Gilgit-Baltistan is a legal and constitutional part of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India, which is illegally occupied by Pakistan since 1947, and where people are denied their fundamental rights including the right of freedom of expression; further notes the attempts to change the demography of the region in violation of State Subject Ordinance and forcibly and illegally to build the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, which further aggravates and interferes with the disputed territory.

Not really because British India was made of land seized from Afghanistan, Tibet, Burma, Persia.
Technically yes Pakistan's annexation is illegal, if the will of a British installed non-Kashmiri dictator 70 years ago is viable to the so called largest democracy in the world.
If India can overthrow the Muslim dictator in the hindu majority Hyderabad (and then kill hundreds of thousands of muslims) why couldnt the former be done to Kashmir.

But it was British who ruled the undivided india and they are the ones who created the rules. if these rules are not acceptable then pakistan's legitamacy itself could be questioned.

if you discount Afghanistan, Tibet, Burma, Persia from the british india, the united indic kingdoms of the region had hindu majority. if there were to be a referendum under this whole region, pakistan would have lost its case for forming a separate country in the first place.

you cannot selectively choose what you like.
