WS10 is fully operational, the current engine on TYPE 2015 J20 INSTALLED with a reinforced thrust power WS10 of 14 tons. WS13 will be ready before the end of next year as the spokeman of AVIC said on Singaporean airshow. WS15 is now on later stage of the ground test, some said that it has begun to fly testing. China won't go for A41F cause we already has the similiar engine.

currntly china uses AL-41F1C for prototype j-20... it is a fifth generation fighter JET engine though

Still dont think so. I believe I explained the reason to you, there is no precedence for it. The PAF eyed the idea of using RAM coatings on the aircraft but even those did not give the cost/benefit.

RAM coatings are for the time being a needless expense in both weight and cost to the PAF. Additionally, if the RCS figure of the JF-17 is released.. it is actually quite small even for its class.

Never, it is not cost effective.

Think of it this way, if you were trying to measure the level of noise in the car when playing music whilst you talk loudly(and then softer and softer). So you would ask someone outside the car to listen to see for how long it is before they cant they hear you and only the music.
The same with radar stealth, think of you talking as the Stealth of JF-17 , and think of music as the radar noise of external weapons.

You would keep lowering your voice to the point it matches that of the music playing in the car... after which your voice will not be heard at all and only the music will be heard. So you can even keep quiet but the music will still be heard.
The same way, there is no need to reduce the Radar cross section of the JF-17 when that of the weapons is greater than its own. So even if you reduce the JF-17's radar size, the weapons hanging outside will make enough noise to be picked up.

In addition, this design is going to be costly which will make the whole point of the JF-17 being a cheap effective fighter pointless.

There will NEVER be a stealth JF-17 regardless of all the photoshops and fanboy wishes.
