Pakistan engaged in an undeclared war with Afghanistan: Ghani

Kabul- President Ashraf Ghani said Pakistan is in undeclared war with Afghanistan for the past 36 years. President Ghani, while talking at a gathering of government officials in Kandahar, said Pakistan has been given notice of the concerns.

On Tuesday, Ghani said, “Peace with Pakistan is our first priority but this peace should be based on conditions from Afghanistan.”

He highlighted Afghanistan’s land separated by Durand Line. Ghani also believes the enemies of Afghanistan are enjoying safe havens in Pakistan.

abhe kakoon ka bara time lagayga is level tak pohanchnay may ... ye khali google pe searchain maar maar kar share he karwasakhtay hain news lol

So this is news? The Pak Establishment had always wanted a pliable pro-Pak government in Afghanistan so that it could use its territory as 'strategic depth' against India and thus have aided, abetted, trained and armed the Afghan Taliban (Haqqani/Omar) for years in the hope they could rule Afghanistan as per the wishes of the Establishment.

But unfortunately for Pakistan, that was not to be. The regional dynamics are far too complicated. The so called strategic depth was and is a mirage especially when 95% of Afghans don't want anything to do with Pakistan as they are fed up with the games they are playing out there.

After all these years it would be an uphill task for Pakistan to win the hearts and minds of the Afghan people. It may already be too late.

He did what he did under pressure probably from US government. Now he is trying to please is indian masters.

Eh but I thought Pak and Afghan were growing closer with cooperation between intel agencies and 'kicking' India out. :o:

What happened? Of course, RAW. :sarcastic:

He's appealing to his local audience.

I didn't find a single decent source on this other than a few indian news sites, and one pakistani site, even pakistani channels haven't reported this, I think this news isn't true !!!

Peace wont come in that region if Afghanistan dont merge with Pakistan or Pakistan's disintegration.

WTF, Lmao, buddy , being a student of international relations I can tell you won't survive even for one week in that class, if this is what you think about world politics !!!

Man cut this crap about strategic depth. If even 10% of you Indian members knew what you were talking about when you talk about Af-Pak affairs and 'strategic depth' whatever the hell that is, you wouldn't be saying this.

he is under pressure from karzai group who are in favor of indian friendship.

Doesn't matter what pathetic parasites in Afghanistan try and do. Even Karzai's support is literally propped up by foreign support and on life support. The endgame in Afghanistan has not changed for many years now.

He's probably doing some serious grovelling to Pakistan behind the scenes.
