I thinks it's a bad idea to simply keep them out. These people's lives depend on Pakistan, regardless of how much gratitude they show towards us. We need to use this dependency to our advantage, instead of simply shutting them out and isolating the people who are most likely the most sympathetic to our nation in that entire country.
