PAF GDP Applications???

Hi, I was expecting the new vacancies to be announced but did not see anything in today's newspapers.

Any idea when they will advertise?

Wanted to go for it, turns out my BS in aeronautical engineering, and my Private Pilot's License is insufficient to join PAF, plus I'm an international student(even though my father flew as a fighter pilot for PAF), I cannot apply for these above conditions mentioned, even though I'm still under the age limit(20 turning 21 soon).
