With me it's the other way round. I used to watch La Liga a lot but it's lost its charm over the years. It's more about commercials, money and fame rather than actual quality football. Series A is probably the only league which focuses on football as a sport, firstly and mainly.

I love playing football with my mates, but I don't follow the sport itself except during the World Cup.

The World and European Cups are not what it was like about a decade ago. There was a lot of passion both amongst fans and football players when it came to tournaments like these, which is lacking in good half of world class footballing nations.

And a special shout out to all Manucians! We're everywhere indeed.
