LOL, when did India lose any water debate/issue, even we won in the ICA. And if you are thinking that your won the debate between us, I don't have any issue, I would say you won this debate twice (happy now ) as long as the ground realities never change .LOL

Regarding the teamup, well I can understand your limited English comprehension skills as you are Chinese, I won't take it seriously. But you should really try and learn what the word IF means. LOL
