Exactly .They basically hold hostage almost all of the former Soviet Union.Only the Baltics managed to evade them by enacting special laws which basically relegated russian ethnics as second class citizens to stop them having an influence in the country (politics especially) because they were so many.But the Baltics had the EU and NATO behind them to do this.

I know it sounds and it is actually awfull to treat people as 2nd class citizens but what else can you do to safeguard your own country against an imperialist neighbour and its colonists used as usefull pawns.?

thats not russias fault but stalin who made these borders so conflicts should arise and russia is forced to mediate to end wars on its borders. Stalin made these borders so russia would desire getting its empire back if ussr would collapse since many conflicts and many russians who life abroad.
