NATO representatives visit Odesa Military Academy in framework of NATO Days program

The Canadian armed forces delegation visited the future military law enforcement training centre in Lviv. The Ukrainian and Canadian parties discussed cooperation in the framework of activities of the Sub-Committee of Military Police of the Multinational Joint Coordination Committee on military cooperation and defence reforms.

The foreign guests also toured the infrastructure of the future military law enforcement training centre in Lviv and were briefed on its capacities and prospects of existence and functioning.

In Kyiv, June 21, Minister of Defence of Ukraine General of the Army of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak held talks with Director of the NATO Liaison Office to Ukraine Alexander Vinnikov.

The parties discussed current issues of reforms within the defence ministry, including in cooperation with the NATO Liaison Office to Ukraine.

Mr. Vinnikov underscored the importance to increase the consultative assistance to Ukraine in support of key aspects of these reforms.
