Mysterious buyer of JF-17 THUNDER BLOCK 2

Same confusion here

The eagerness to export JF-17 that are desperately needed by the PAF may have another reason: illegal commissions that the defense contracts comes with. The PAF purchase for badly needed F-16s from US also involved corruption and commissions by the senior officials. Now again may be the illegal commission and corruption comes before national interests.

We didn't "make" Mashaq and Super Mashaq... We assembled them using Swedish kits!
A military version designated originally Saab-MFI 17 was flown on 6 July 1972 and differed from the Safari by being equipped more specifically for use as a military trainer, or for artillery observation or forward air control and liaison.; this version was later named Saab Supporter.[1] In August 1978 Saab flew a prototype version of the Safari with a 157kW Continental flat-six turbocharged engine; designated Safari TS, it did not enter production. A trainer based on the Safari's design was built in kit form for assembly in Pakistan as the Mushshak, with 92 aircraft delivered to the Pakistani air force. A later batch of 120 aircraft was built entirely in Pakistan.[2]

no, they are built from scratch after receiving exclusive rights.
initial examples were build from kits. the super mushaq was completely design (modified) by PAC

Not only a low cost light fighter but also it has high potential to develop as a semi stealth mainline fighter if conformal weapon bays and dsi are included in future versions as well.A great start as a product of Pakistani Chinese friendship.

what about Argentina, they were in hurry to get fighter??
