MTCR delegation visits Pakistan

Whats worse , Pakistan giving CM tech to Countries like Iran , KSA , Turkey or UAE ... or Pakistan getting some sensitive Technology from the west ? Wouldn't it be good for USA that Pakistan sign not to export any long range missiles with exchange of some Crucial Technologies for Research and Development ?

you are not getting anything sensitive because you are too close to china

Pakistan should not be under any pressure from this group.

Every nation except the US, israel and their European allies are free from any kind of pressure. Russia and China are powerful nations so they can withstand such pressure but Muslim nations are actually the real targets of this kind of groups.

It's more of Pakistan trying to get into the MTCR. Membership in the MTCR and the Wassenaar Arrangement are key to get access to sensitive technologies for use on one's own missiles (e.g. propulsion). In-exchange, you promise not to export cruise missiles that can cross 300 km. However, Pakistan doesn't seem to comprehend that the US probably won't allow Pakistan's entry into either.

What is even worse is that such groups only visit to get a pulse on how things are faring in Pakistan.

There is no point whatsoever for Pakistan to meet with such groups who are basically a veritable arm of the US and West.

This is out of the question. IAEA, MTCR and the likes have no interest in sharing their high-tech with Pakistan. Neither would they allow Pakistan to become a member. They pay visits to Pakistan to get a sense of how well Pakistan is doing. Pakistan has tested quite a few missiles in the last year or so. That should give you an indication what is really at play.
