So ISPR lied and PA didn't rescue the wounded soldier ... Instead "mobile health workers of Pakistan provided medical aid to the soldier"...

In short Afghans communicated with Pakistani civilian medical professionals to cross the border and treat the soldier on way to nangahar?

Meanwhile according to Pakistan he was treated at a military hospital and handed over to Afghan forces in presence of tribal elders?

Fuk logic
What? Why couldn't they communicate with PA? Why would PA have to go 600 mts inside Af if incident happened on "zero point on Durand line"? Where did PA said the soldier was treated in pakistan and handed over in presence of elders? the link you posted happened last year, nothing to do with this incident.

Lol!!.....Karma is a B!tch.

Fake drama by PA just to show off since Indian SOF did a cross border Op. What a fail.

Okay so it happened exactly on the border :-)lol:). And afghan military asked Pakistani health workers to provide medical attention in an operational area? Instead of afghan military medics or docs!

Cool story:lol:

Pakistani troops cross border, rescue Afghan soldier - Pakistan - DAWN.COM

The injured soldier was deployed at Afghan Army’s ‘Shaheen Post’, which is some 1.5 km west of Bajaur’s Nawapass area.

The soldier is now being treated at a military hospital in Khar, the political headquarters of Bajaur Agency.

Sorry, but Af MoI said he was deployed on zero point effectively saying ISPR lied about the incident. It is kind of pointless to give ISPR statement to show ISPR did not lie...
Your other points may be true. There might not have been any Af medics or not equipped to handle the situation. It may also be a possibility that major town center near to the incident is in pak. It doesn't mean PA had to lie about going 600 m into Af border to "rescue" a soldier and then shift him to and Afghan hospital.

The Ministry of Interior (MoI) rejected claims by Pakistani authorities suggesting a critically wounded Afghan soldier was rescued after the Pakistani troops crossed border into Afghanistan and took the wounded soldier to a hospital on the other side of Durand Line.

A statement by MoI said the wounded soldier was transferred to a hospital in Nangarhar with the help of the mobile health workers of Pakistan who were providing first aid.

Quoting the commander of the border protection forces, the statement added that the soldier was injured in militants attack on zero point along the Durand Line in Sarkano district of Kunar province.

Pakistan’s Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) said Tuesday that the soldier was evacuated after receiving requests from the Afghan authorities.

A statement by ISPR said the Pakistani troops entered 600 meters inside the Afghan soil near the Bajaur Agency to rescue the wounded soldier.

The statement further added that the injured soldier was shifted to Hospital in Khar area of Bajaur.

it is not a political suicide... if the pakistan army did that rescue then afghan Gov. would have admit that because it would help in improving the relation b/w to countries .
They won't because they have done i n the past and they won't change now. We have hosted million's of Afghan's just out of human sympathy if this is their response then our forces can simply let them die. Karzia's influence still looms in the current afghani government. This was expected.

I hope now our forces will let the Afghan's die rather than save their sorry A**'*

why i am hearing bitching about single soldier being treated by pakistani army medical professionals or by pakistani non army medical professionals..at zero line or few meters inside afghanistan...

which ever scenario is true its still proves the point that Pakistani helped an afghan soldier.
.if non of it is true than we are really sorry for falsely reporting "uplifting/helping a solider in non combat situation". its not that we went there and did some glorified operation..even if the news is false whats the fuss.. its too insignificant to debate open..

Damn, the height of desperation, now Indians have sunk so low that they need to be cheerleaders for Afghanistan.

ISLAMABAD—
Afghanistan has confirmed that Pakistan's military had rescued and provided medical treatment to a member of the Afghan security force who was wounded in clashes with militants near the border a day earlier.

An interior ministry statement issued in Kabul Wednesday said the incident happened in the Nowapass area of the eastern Kunar province. It said a Pakistani mobile health unit treated the Afghan police officer at the "Zero" point of the borer.

Tuesday's rescue operation undertaken by the Pakistani military was a rare practical demonstration of increased bilateral security cooperation.

Have you even read the news article? do you even know what "doubts" emerge? Or you went on hyperbole with headline thinking people will not read the content?

Yup read each and every word. They have said they doubt death of even a single militant in that so called operation.

Afghan source....several days late xD what do the afghans think. The ministry should have given a statement as soon as ispr statement came. Its suicide to say something good about pakistan in afghanistan. And looking at the response of indians makes me laugh. The people who faked the myanmmar raid are making fun of us they should be the last ones doing it

So, in essence, no doubt about the raid, only about the casualty figures? But here it is clear that the "rescue" never happened. PA did not cross the border at all...

Myanmar govt denied operation on the same day unlike Afghans who woke up week late. So there are doubts about operation's existence itself. Even if we some how deny rebuttal by Myanmar govt and imagine that operation did happened even then there are credible reports that not a single militant died in that drama.

As for PA. It was not operation. It was a humanitarian effort. And we believe PA since this so called denial has come too late to be accepted.

One should first practice what he preaches, did you even read the full article or cherry picking is fine when it serves your purpose.....

Military officials in Pakistan said its troops crossed the border and went “600 meters inside” Afghanistan to rescue an Afghan soldier who was critically wounded in a firefight with what were said to be “terrorists.”

They said Pakistani troops moved into action “quickly” after Afghan authorities requested the “evacuation and treatment” of the soldier.
