ISLAMABAD: Internally-displaced persons (IDPs) of Mohmand Agency have started returning back to their homes from Nowsheras Jalozai camp. Owing to terrorism, majority of the Mohmands tribal families had fled to Nowshera and other areas, a private news channel reported. Pakistan Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has now intensified efforts to send these IDPs back to Mohmand Agency after the restoration of peace. In the first phase, 313 families comprising 787 members are being transported back to the tribal agency. These people will get free transport facility, three months of ration, gas cylinder, tents and blankets. The PDMA has arranged 45 buses, 90 trucks and security cover for the returning IDPs. As many as 846 families are staying at Jalozai camp at the moment. app
