Middle class Indian children and some stray dogs...

we have stupid animal lovers mostly who live in gated societies and do not allow control of the animal roaming on the street. Any action by the authorities and they reach the courts to stop the action. Out liberal Milords ask authorities to stop the action on the roaming stray animals by passing critical strictures. Now officers are afraid to take action on this menace.
Liberalism is menace for common people,

Liberalism is menace for common people,
Why and how do the courts get involved in a municipal decision (control of stray animals in urban areas)? Is there a statutory basis for this or just do-gooder spirit? Suppose a municipality ignores the rules and controls strays anyway, what sort of strictures can the court assess on the municipality?

Courts in India are overtaken by Liberals who see the face and give the decision in such human rights/ animal rights decisions. Thus you will see several instances where potential terrorists are released by the court saying just having a terror plan does not make them terrorists.

Imagine castration of stray dogs case was heard by the Supreme Court of India and they told the petitioner to stop behaving in a cynical way.
