The point you have raised is sharp . The problem is that Naxals wont allow any sort of develpoment in these region even if it is geniue. They are so convinced that they can change the world with guns and blood . They cant be brought to the tabel for talks as of now.
The significance of Mr Vijay Kumar here is that he can change the whole game plan with the Naxals. He is not only Brave but also well versed in jungle warfare. I wonder given with the time span of three years what he can achieve?
