For Police Force as budget improves and tactics are changing I have some opinions. First we seriously need to decide How many Policeman we should have in a Police Station. Let suppose one Police Station on average cover for population of around 300000 We need to have at least 400 to 500 in Police Station and every Police Station should be based on few canals with women officers also deployed you can have total separate section for them. Also it should be more than one floors in Police Station with at least one whole floor turned into firing room and hall.

Now let say we choose 310 PoliceMan and 90 women officers in one station. We need to give them equipment properly monitor there area. Every Police Station should have its own security cameras deployed in entire area and being monitored 24/7. Every PoliceMan should not perform duty for more than 8 hours so there should be 3 shifts. Dividing those 310 Police Officers in 3 shifts along with those 90 women officers.

In training Army needs to take control of weapons and fighting training of Police Officers. If Police SWAT units train for 7 months there should be LCB units in every station which should get around 3 months training and than every PoliceMan and Women should have at least one month compulsory Anti Terrorism training under Army. Secondly murder investigation should be under Special Branch.

Finally time to get new Assault Rifles and More Snipers and Optics and Night Vision along with bullet proof and hand guns and helmets for our Armed Forces and Police also MRAP and other communication and other equipment.
