OK it's now August and the last quarter of 2019. Waiting for low res leaked pictures of Block-3 from China, they usually start cropping up 1-2 months before official reveal. Time to start following Chinese forums.

“Azerbaijan-Pakistan military relations are developing,” the Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan, Saeed Khan Mohmand, said, APA reports.

The ambassador stated that if Azerbaijan needs military support Pakistan is always ready for it: “Azerbaijan has bought 10 aircraft from Pakistan. We are ready to provide Azerbaijan with JF-17 aircraft of Pakistan production."

We don’t know if we will be able to get any F-16s for stop gap purpose. We have no choice but to increase the production rate of JF-17 block2/3. We have to replace 100+ older planes with in 2 years.

Blk 3 is already going through advanced tests...but no details will be provided for obvious reasons until induction begins either end of this year or beginning of next year.

If true, it’s a good sign but we must increase the production rate from 16 to at least 25 planes per year.
Ideal would be to have 30 planes in 12 months, 2.5 planes per month.

They don't really have any enemies, none worthy of having a strong air force for at least.
