If people read the article you would realize that we are all saying the same thong. He seems to think that the next 50JFTs would be block1s again with minor modification,ie 1/2more hardpoints,refueling probe and upgraded avionics. This would be 2nd batch of block 1.The real changes with redesigned nose and AESA and composites along with engine change will come with the second block. We are calling them blocks1,2&3.

the problem with program is that PAF is involved in this program and you can't expect PAF to out the news
It's Chineese due to them we too know some certain upgrades also otherwise JF-17 story would be alike H-2 & H-4 story
and I still bleive that its RCS,Speed,service ceiling,payload and radar range are some things in which changes may occur
and full potential of JF-17 is not reveiled yet
the reveiled info can be of FC-1(the one for export)
btw will the export version the nuke warhead carrying capability would be provided or not??
