Islamisation of Pakistan’s legal system

Islam isn't a stagnant religion either... It also encourages law finding/modifying processes like Ijma,Ijtehad,Qiyas etc...

Take the example of 3 witnesses for rape.. Paks "Islamic ideology council" was moaning and rejected DNA/forensic tests declaring it haram n sticking with witnesses process.. It is the 21st century science has progressed and DNA testing can prove rape and other crimes.. So should we stick with witnesses process or move on with DNA testings?

We should use both methods.

If riffle can replace sword, tank cavalary can replace horse cavalary than DNA testing can replace 3 witnesses....
Requirement per sharia is absolute proof and if DNA fulfills that requirement it should be enough as a sole evidence....

Social issues are not like machinery.

DNA testing is a useful method to facilitate rape-related cases. However, it isn't self-sufficient method towards this end.

An individual can be wrongly accused of rape by another. We need to discourage this precedent.

Like what inheritance,marriage,murder,rape,treason,zakat which laws are un Islamic?

Honestly speaking neither murder, rape nor marriage are in accordance with Islam....Nowhere in Islam does it talk about rape except what some men wish to hear until and unless it is their women involved!

If Pakistan was following that law, why do we have stupid punishment for women and nothing for the men? Yup SS has not sentenced any of his rapist friends neither have any of the PPP ....

As for zakat wasnt Sindh recently asking to jurisdictions to collect Zakat? After eating up Sindh now they even want to increase their Haram?

As for treason, in Islam the punishment is death, but Zardari is still walking freely so again not against Islam....

As for inheritance, that law is only taken out when they want to loot their niece or any female member of their own family...Its more a shameless move than abiding to Islam!

Because laws are useless as long as there is no proper implementation of them like from example Diyat laws end up helping jatois to escape justice

Then such discussions are useless where Islam takes the fall for lack of implementation which should fall on human action not the law itself!
